Information we collect
When you submit the growth assessment or contact form, we collect the information you enter so we can provide the requested recommendation, respond to your inquiry, and arrange operational follow-up. This may include your name, business details, contact information, website address, selected answers, and written message.
How we use it
Operational information is used to deliver the assessment, answer questions, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and understand which service may be relevant. Marketing messages are sent only when you separately choose the optional marketing checkbox.
Analytics
Assessment analytics use anonymous event names and step identifiers. We do not send names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, free-text responses, or assessment answers to analytics.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in the website’s protected database. We may use service providers necessary to operate the website and respond to requests. We do not publish form submissions.
Your choices
You may decline optional marketing without affecting your assessment or response. To ask about your information or change a marketing preference, email customersupport@bookingservicesolutions.com.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the assessment or contact form.
