Booking Service Solutions
SERVICE POLICIES

Clear terms for managed digital services.

These policies explain package purchases, required consultations, billing, delivery, ownership, access, cancellation, refunds, transfers, third-party costs, and customer responsibilities.

Purchase and required consultation

All published Booking Service Solutions packages may be purchased through secure Shopify checkout.

After successful payment, the customer receives a purchase-confirmation email containing instructions and a private link to schedule the required initial consultation.

The purchase-confirmation email does not provide onboarding access. After Booking Service Solutions records the required consultation as completed, the customer receives a separate email containing the applicable onboarding-access link or private onboarding instructions.

Digital Presence Essentials and Local Business Growth include a required initial setup consultation. Digital Growth Partner includes a required strategy and setup consultation.

The customer must complete the applicable consultation before onboarding, website production, or recurring service fulfillment begins.

During the consultation, Booking Service Solutions confirms the purchased package, business goals, implementation priorities, required materials, account access, third-party requirements, and work included within the published scope.

The consultation does not expand the purchased package or add services outside its published limits. Requests outside the purchased scope require a separate written quote and customer approval.

Package-specific consultation requirements

  • Digital Presence Essentials: Immediate checkout with a required setup consultation after purchase.
  • Local Business Growth: Immediate checkout with a required setup consultation after purchase. Its recurring 45-minute monthly growth consultation is separate from the required initial setup consultation.
  • Digital Growth Partner: Immediate checkout with a required strategy and setup consultation after purchase. Its recurring 60-minute monthly coaching and marketing-strategy session is separate from the required initial strategy and setup consultation.

Billing and service commencement

The one-time setup fee and recurring monthly subscription are separate charges.

Monthly subscription billing follows the schedule displayed and accepted during Shopify checkout. The billing schedule begins according to the Shopify purchase terms and is not automatically postponed until the consultation, onboarding, website launch, or completion of another customer responsibility.

Delays in scheduling, attendance, onboarding, content delivery, feedback, approvals, domain access, account access, or other required customer information do not automatically pause billing, change the next billing date, extend monthly or quarterly service allowances, or create a refund.

Payment reserves access to the purchased package and begins billing according to the accepted Shopify schedule. Operational service fulfillment begins after the required consultation and applicable onboarding requirements are complete.

Monthly and quarterly deliverable allowances are governed by the purchased package and billing period. Allowances do not accumulate, roll over, transfer, or convert into refunds, cash, or account credit.

Scheduling responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for using the booking link in the purchase-confirmation email to schedule the required consultation.
  • The customer should check spam, junk, and promotional email folders before requesting another booking link.
  • If the customer does not receive the email, cannot access the booking link, or needs scheduling assistance, the customer should use the contact form or email customersupport@bookingservicesolutions.com.
  • Booking and consultation instructions are sent to the email address used during Shopify checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and monitoring it for purchase, billing, scheduling, and onboarding communications.

Missed consultations and rescheduling

Customers should reschedule or cancel a consultation using the scheduling instructions provided in the booking confirmation.

A missed, cancelled, or rescheduled consultation delays onboarding and service delivery. It does not automatically cancel the Shopify purchase, pause subscription billing, extend service allowances, or create a refund.

If a consultation is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled, onboarding access will not be issued until the consultation is completed.

Booking Service Solutions may require the customer to select another available appointment before work begins.

Repeated missed appointments or extended customer inactivity may require a revised implementation schedule. Any additional fees must be disclosed and approved before they are charged.

Pricing and billing

Every package has a separate one-time setup fee and recurring monthly subscription. The setup fee covers initial onboarding, website creation, configuration, optimization, and implementation. The subscription covers the ongoing managed services listed for the selected package. Hosting and SSL are included while the applicable subscription remains active.

Initial website and revisions

Every package includes one professionally designed, mobile-responsive business website page and up to two initial revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated list of reasonable changes submitted at the same time. Reasonable revisions cover supplied text or images, colors, spacing, links, contact and business information, and content organization within the approved one-page design. New direction, pages, branding, functionality, integrations, e-commerce, custom development, and material scope changes are separate. Unused revisions do not roll over.

Delivery targets

The first review-ready website version is targeted within three business days, Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays, after all of the following have been completed:

  • Successful payment
  • Required initial consultation
  • Required onboarding information
  • Delivery of client content and branding materials
  • Required account and domain access
  • Required approvals
  • Other requested information necessary for the confirmed scope

The three-business-day target applies to the first review-ready version, not necessarily final public launch.

Each consolidated revision round is normally targeted within two to three business days. Partner landing pages are targeted within five to seven business days and email drafts within three to five business days after complete requirements are received.

Customer delays, revision requests, third-party approvals, transfers, integrations, custom requirements, and out-of-scope work extend the schedule.

Domain, ownership and access

The client owns and controls the domain and is responsible for registration and renewal. Booking Service Solutions may guide selection, registration, DNS, connection, and standard troubleshooting but never owns the client domain. After setup and outstanding project invoices are paid, the client owns final approved copy, supplied materials, and client-specific custom visual content, subject to platform restrictions and third-party licenses. Booking Service Solutions retains reusable components, processes, automation methods, proprietary systems, prompts, workflows, agency accounts, and licenses. Reasonable administrative access is provided when supported and secure, but excludes agency accounts, confidential systems, licenses, workflows, and other customers’ credentials.

Transfer and migration

If monthly service ends, the client may request an available export or reasonable transfer of eligible client-owned content and assets. Options depend on the platform and may not include complete design or source code. Transferability of every integration, automation, or feature is not guaranteed. Balances must be paid first. Available eligible exports and reasonable client-owned account information are standard; reconstruction, custom exports, DNS changes, migration, third-party coordination, and extended transition support are separately billable. Agency tools and licenses do not transfer. Hosting and SSL end with the paid subscription period unless a transition agreement is approved.

Commitments and cancellation

Essentials is month-to-month after setup with no minimum monthly commitment. Growth and Partner require an initial three-month monthly-service commitment and then continue month-to-month. After an applicable commitment, customers may cancel with written notice through the contact form or official support email at least 30 days before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If notice is received fewer than 30 days before billing, the next payment may remain due. Cancellation does not include migration, reconstruction, DNS changes, custom exports, or continued agency-tool access.

Refund policy

The one-time setup fee becomes nonrefundable once discovery, onboarding, design, configuration, optimization, or implementation begins. If Booking Service Solutions cancels before work begins, unearned setup payment is refunded. Completed work, begun monthly periods, and approved custom work after it begins are nonrefundable. Domain fees, ad spend, premium assets, software, platform, communication usage, and third-party expenses are nonrefundable. No refund is provided for an outcome that was never guaranteed. Nothing overrides applicable non-waivable consumer rights.

Third-party costs

Package prices cover Booking Service Solutions’ professional services and expressly included items. Website hosting and SSL are included while the applicable subscription remains active. Domain registration and renewal, email or CRM platforms, scheduling, SMS or telephone usage, AI usage, premium plugins, themes, fonts, stock media, e-commerce, processing fees, paid directories, advertising, custom integrations, and other external software are separate unless expressly included. No optional paid third-party service is purchased without customer approval. Whenever practical, accounts are client-owned and billed directly. Agency-license access exists only while the applicable subscription is active and may not transfer.

Terms of service, general limits and extra work

Each package covers one business, one brand, one website, one primary domain, one location or defined service area, and one Google Business Profile where applicable. Additional entities require another subscription or written quote. Out-of-scope work is $125 per hour or a fixed-price quote and requires written approval before it begins. Monthly and quarterly allowances expire, do not accumulate or roll over, do not transfer, and do not become cash or credit.

Customer responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend the required initial consultation using the instructions sent after purchase.
  • Provide requested content, feedback, approvals, domain and account access, and other required information within five business days.
  • Ensure supplied materials are accurate and lawful and that the customer has permission to use supplied images, logos, testimonials, and content.

Production pauses while requirements are outstanding. Failure to schedule or attend does not automatically cancel the purchase, pause Shopify billing, change the billing date, extend allowances, or create a refund.

Results and excluded work

Rankings, leads, revenue, review publication or removal, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Unless separately quoted, packages exclude memberships, portals, custom databases or applications, advanced calculators, complex booking systems, large e-commerce catalogs, custom APIs, multi-language websites, regulated-data systems, accessibility or legal-compliance certification, and custom software development.
