Confirmed ownership and service terms
The client owns and controls the domain. After setup and outstanding project invoices are paid, the client owns the final approved copy, supplied materials, and client-specific custom visual content, subject to platform and third-party licenses. Booking Service Solutions retains reusable components, systems, processes, agency accounts, licenses, prompts, and workflows. Reasonable administrative access is provided when the platform and security allow.
Initial three-month monthly-service commitment, then month-to-month. After any initial commitment, written cancellation notice is required at least 30 days before the next billing date. Service continues through the paid period; late notice may leave the next payment due. Included hosting and SSL end with the paid subscription period unless a transition agreement is approved.
Clients should provide requested content, feedback, approvals, access, and information within five business days. Production pauses while required information is outstanding, and delays do not extend service allowances.

What does the price cover?
$1,999 one-time setup + $999/month. Setup covers onboarding, website creation, configuration, optimization, and implementation. The monthly subscription covers the listed ongoing managed services.
What does unlimited standard website-update requests mean?
Requests are subject to fair use: up to four total fulfillment hours per month and no more than two active production requests at a time. Standard updates include supplied text or image replacements, contact details, hours, existing service descriptions, testimonials, links, approved content in existing sections, minor layouts, and routine corrections. Unused time does not roll over.
What is an additional AI-assisted content asset?
One asset may be a service-page copy draft, short article up to approximately 1,000 words, landing-page copy package, email draft, FAQ or lead-magnet draft, or up to four related social captions. Partner includes up to two monthly in addition to the inherited SEO article. Human review is included and unused assets do not roll over.
What is the initial commitment?
The monthly service has an initial three-month commitment and continues month-to-month afterward. Results within three months are not guaranteed.
Can I purchase immediately?

Does the consultation change the package price?
The consultation does not change the published package price or add services outside the purchased scope. If the customer requests work beyond the package limits, Booking Service Solutions will provide a separate quote and obtain written approval before beginning additional billable work.
What happens if I do not schedule the consultation?
Service delivery cannot begin until the consultation is completed. Failure to schedule or attend does not automatically cancel the purchase, pause Shopify billing, extend monthly or quarterly allowances, or create a refund. Contact Booking Service Solutions if you need help scheduling.
When does monthly billing begin?
Monthly subscription billing begins according to the billing schedule displayed and accepted during Shopify checkout. The consultation and onboarding process do not automatically postpone or change the Shopify billing date.
What does initial website delivery include?
Every package includes one professionally designed, mobile-responsive business website page and up to two initial revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated list of reasonable changes submitted at the same time.
When does the three-business-day delivery period begin?
The three-business-day target begins only after the required consultation is completed and Booking Service Solutions has received the applicable payment, completed onboarding information, content, branding materials, approvals, account access, and other requested information. It applies to the first review-ready website version, not necessarily final launch.
What is a standard revision?
Reasonable revisions may update client-supplied text, images, colors, spacing, links, contact or business information, and content organization within the approved one-page design. A new design direction, extra pages, branding, new functionality, integrations, e-commerce, custom development, or material scope changes are separate work. Unused revision rounds do not roll over.
Who owns the domain and website?
The client owns and controls the domain and remains responsible for registration and renewal. After the setup fee and outstanding project invoices are paid, the client owns the final approved website copy, client-provided materials, and custom visual content created specifically for the client, subject to third-party licenses and platform restrictions. Booking Service Solutions retains its reusable components, processes, systems, agency accounts, licenses, prompts, and workflows.
Can the website be transferred?
If monthly service ends, the client may request an available export or reasonable transfer of eligible client-owned content and assets. Options depend on the platform; complete design, source-code, integration, or automation transfer is not guaranteed. Balances must be paid first. Reconstruction, migration, DNS changes, custom exports, third-party coordination, and extended transition support are separately billable.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Rankings, leads, revenue, review publication or removal, and other outcomes are not guaranteed.
